Reserve task current-file download

POST/v2/tasks/{resource_id}/files/downloads

Queue a snapshot of the current task file, including agent edits, up to 1 GiB. Shared/... paths and shared-folder scopes return 503 with detail.code=shared_transfer_not_available. Use their standard download route, which retains its 50 MiB limit.
